White-glove delivery that finishes the sale
Two-person crews, inside delivery, unpacking, assembly and photo proof, for furniture, appliances, fixtures and anything else that's too valuable to leave at the curb.
Delivery is the one part of the experience your customer never forgets
A scuffed sofa, a fridge left in the garage or a display that never got assembled can undo months of marketing. Damage, missed appointments and boxes left for the customer to deal with all turn into returns, refunds and bad reviews, and they land on your brand, not the carrier's.
DGC handles the final step the way you would if you could be there: on time, inside the door, set up properly and documented. And because the freight is already in our Delta warehouse, receiving, storage, inspection and delivery are handled by one team with one point of contact.
What's included
Inside delivery, room of choice
We carry it past the curb, through the door and into the room your customer chooses, not left at the loading dock or on the driveway.
Two-person crews
Bulky and delicate items get two trained handlers, so heavy pieces are lifted, turned and set down properly.
Unpacking & debris removal
We unbox, inspect and place the item, then take the packaging away so your customer is left with a finished room.
Assembly & installation
Furniture assembly and basic installation completed on site, so the product is ready to use the moment we leave.
Scheduled delivery windows
Customers book a window that suits them and get a heads-up before the crew arrives.
Photo proof of delivery
Every drop is documented with photos of the item in place and its condition, shared with you for your records.
High-value & fragile freight
Furniture, appliances, lighting and fixtures, commercial equipment and retail displays, handled with protective wrapping and careful loading from our dock to their door.
Damage-claim care
If something does go wrong, our photo records and a single point of contact make the claim straightforward, and we work with you to put it right for your customer.
How it works
1 · Receive & inspect
Your freight arrives at our Delta warehouse, by container, LTL or FTL. We check it in, note its condition and store it until it's needed.
2 · Schedule
We contact your customer (or follow your booking) to agree a delivery window and confirm access details like stairs, elevators and parking.
3 · Deliver & set up
A two-person crew carries the item inside, unpacks, assembles or installs it, places it in the room of choice and removes the debris.
4 · Confirm
You receive photo proof of delivery and the customer's sign-off, so you can close the order with confidence.

White-glove FAQ
What's the difference between white-glove and standard delivery?
Standard delivery usually ends at the curb or the front door. White-glove means a two-person crew brings the item inside to the room of choice, unpacks it, assembles or installs it if needed, and takes the packaging away.
What kinds of items do you handle?
Furniture, appliances, fixtures and lighting, commercial equipment and retail displays, plus other bulky, fragile or high-value goods. If you're unsure, tell us what it is and we'll advise.
Can you store our inventory and deliver on demand?
Yes. Stock can sit in our Delta warehouse and go out as orders come in, so receiving, storage and delivery stay with one team.
How do customers book a delivery window?
We can contact your customers directly to schedule, or follow the appointments you set.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
We document condition at receiving and at delivery with photos, report any issue to you straight away and support the claim.
Give your customers a delivery worth talking about.
Send a few details about your Canada-bound freight and we'll come back with a plan and a price.
